Women of Influence is a series of retreats for CRM staff designed for the training and support of women in ministry.   Each group will have thirty-five CRM women of all ages, ministries, and collectives who commit to attend three retreats together over the course of three years with a specific focus and theme.

What makes the Women of Influence series unique is the…

•Continuity of relationships…A “cohort” is created for each series so the same leaders and participants will come to each of the gatherings.  This continuity of relationship allows women to connect deeply and build lasting relationships with other women in missions.

•Cross-pollination across age and collectives… The groups are multi-generational and made up of women from the different collectives within CRM.  This creates a powerful learning environment where we can share our ministry experiences and expertise with one another.

•Focused training tailored for women… Men and women in ministry have many similar needs, but occasionally it benefits women to have a place where they can have training and interactions geared specifically towards their own needs.   Training topics have been chosen and the retreats designed according to the specific needs of women.

•Relationships for mentoring, coaching and spiritual direction… One of the greatest expressed needs by CRM women is the need to be mentored by other women who are have walked the missions journey.  WOI retreats allow for natural peer mentoring relationships to develop as well as provide opportunities for formalized mentoring, coaching and/or spiritual direction.
